The right light to enhance spaces, improve comfort and reduce consumption.
Lighting design determines how much light is needed, where to distribute it and which luminaires to use for the activities carried out. We study residential, commercial and production spaces, as well as outdoor areas, considering dimensions, heights, surfaces, colours and the position of work areas. The aim is to help people see and work comfortably while enhancing spaces and limiting energy use.
Using models and simulations based on luminaire photometric data, we assess illuminance, the amount of light reaching a surface, together with uniformity and glare. We define the number, position, height and orientation of luminaires; we compare optics, colour temperature and colour rendering according to the application, from retail and technical work to sports facilities and outdoor routes.
We develop lighting circuit groups and assess dimming, presence sensors, time scheduling and integration with daylight.
The service includes calculation reports, layout plans and specifications for luminaires and controls. These documents allow solutions to be compared, quotations to be prepared and installations to be built against a verifiable design outcome.
