Privacy Policy
Information provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to website visitors and people submitting an enquiry through the contact form.
1. Data controller
The data controller is BLUETEK, VAT no. 02725180398, based at Via Carlo Luigi Farini 31, 48026 Russi (RA), Italy. You may contact the controller at info@blueteksrl.it or by certified email (PEC) at bluetek@legalmail.it.
2. Personal data processed
The form may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry subject and message. Fields marked as required must be completed to submit an enquiry; other information is optional.
Systems that operate and protect the website may also process technical data, such as IP addresses, request dates and times, browser information and technical logs. Such data is normally transmitted when a website is used and is processed to provide and protect the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Information submitted through the form is processed to assess and respond to your enquiry, provide information or quotations, and carry out pre-contractual activities at your request. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Technical data and security logs are processed to keep the website operational, prevent misuse and protect information systems. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in service security, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
4. Processing methods
Data is processed using electronic and online tools in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimisation and security. Contact form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by the controller’s authorised personnel and collaborators and, within their respective roles, by hosting, technical maintenance and email providers. These parties act as independent controllers or, where required, processors appointed under Article 28 of the GDPR. Data is not publicly disclosed.
6. Transfers to third countries
Some technology or email providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers comply with Articles 44 onwards of the GDPR, based on an adequacy decision or other safeguards required by applicable law. Further information may be requested from the controller.
7. Retention periods
Enquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and subsequently for the period needed to protect rights or meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are normally deleted within 24 months, unless documented needs or legal obligations require otherwise. Technical and security logs are retained only as long as necessary for their purposes, according to the hosting provider’s configuration.
8. Providing data
Required information is necessary for the controller to receive and manage an enquiry. Failure to provide it prevents submission of the form. You may still contact BLUETEK using the contact details published on the website.
9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Requests may be sent to the controller using the contact details in section 1.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
10. Cookies and external content
The website does not include profiling, marketing or browsing analytics tools. It uses technical local browser storage to remember that the information panel has been dismissed, as described in the Cookie Policy. Google Maps is not automatically embedded: the location is shown as a local image. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and ALMATEK open external services only at your request; their respective providers’ notices apply from that point.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated following changes to the website, providers or applicable legislation. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
